10th or 11th September 190klm trip
Tides aren’t great but doable excepting an early start. Highs 10th 0948, 11th 1024 both at 2.8M 700mm better than last trip 29 July 2021. Foundations of a plan with some of my research and recommendations that you should scrutinise. Looking back I estimate that we crossed the reef with tide at 1.9M that gave us 700mm of water and a bit less at times.

If I work on Saturday tides for now and if weather is as good for Sunday just add 40 minutes. Thinking we give ourselves a bit more water the earliest we should enter is 0800 thinking 2.5hrs travel make it 0830. Meaning leaving Airlie ramp at 0600 ouch.

High tide 0948 2.8M we only had 2.1M last trip

1130 is going to be 2.2M of tide that should give us a meter or just under. This will give us 3 hours inside.

At this point back outside of reef before lunch we are free to choose go to northern end pontoons head back down the other side of Hook and check out Bait Reef ? Not a great deal extra ks but will add to the plan ?
